It depends in which context you are looking.
Historically Rangers are the most successful team domestically in Scotland.
The best supported are definately Celtic, with practically the whole of Ireland supporting the hoops as well as numerous irish communities around the world. Celtic are also probably the best known of the Scottish sides around the world as they have won the European Cup.
