according to 1Kings 4:32 Solomon had written 3000 proverbs out of them we have only 900 i wonder who chose the ones for the bible

But the content of Scripture was determined by its liturgical use. Jews incorporated the proverbs that were best suited to chanting during religious ceremonies - that is why they are in the Bible.

If you would like to know more about Solomon, u can read the English translation of Qur'an. Chapters 27, 28 and 29 cover about him and some other Prophets.

Honestly speaking, there are different versions of Bible, so u may not find the exact thing u r searching for and since people years back made changes in it. Just for knowledge, u can refer Quran.

the book of Proverbs was compiled much latter.

As such men when though all the proverbs that King Solomon wrote and picked the ones that they thought deserved to be put in a book. The book of Proverbs also contains works of other men that were attacked to Solomons proverbs as well.

As I understand, the Library of Alexander was HUGE! There was a fire, and a lot of advanced writings and many of the Proverbs were burned up.

Whomever remembered some of them, wrote those they remembered down, the rest were forgotten.
