stand up comedy is a favorite at our school. not only is it fun for you, but it makes every one else smile too! and im good at it.
like when your teacher says "Does any one need help?", shout out "Yea but a psychiatrist would work better!" or "I didnt know you were a psichiatrist"

Draw something to the others on the other side of the room it may make you look smart like taking notes or something worked for me.

get a bit musical use your desk or table as drums and then start snorting maybe before to long you will have a full course behind you

stand on your head balance a book on your nose and whistle the theme song to your favorite show... when the teacher asks tell her you are communicating with the *yugha*

Draw ,Sleep, listen to an i pod (if you have one),text your friends, pass LONG notes to your friends. Usually drawing & listening to your i pod is the best.
