I hate to do this, but I don't want to see you pining away this whole year. If she know you like her - and she is not showing interest in you - she's still hung up on this other guy. There's nothing you can do - she'll have to get over it herself in her own time. But for you: You can realize nothing will happen with her because your attraction is not mutual. I know it hurts, but this happens all the time in life. Try to get over it as soon as you can so you can enjoy a relationship with someone who likes you back. Good Luck!

Step up and keep talking to her. Let her know that you're their for her and she'll probably forget about the other guy.

help her to get over him, then the real question is does she know he doesn't like her and does she know you like her. if you answered no to these then tell her how you feel and tell the other guy to tell her he is not interested

show her that you are kinda interested in her. be really sweet to her shower her w/ attention IF you guys are friends. if you aren't, then sorry, just get to know her better.
