Why are you asking this question? It appears you are a non-believer. So does it really matter whose donkey people are kissing?
But, I will answer your question. First, we do not have enough data to accurately say what we are going to be doing in Heaven. Most Christians believe is some form of praise giving to God. I'm sure there will be some. But, this is not the full objective of Heaven.
If God wanted to only have people praising him, then why would He have created us, sent us to Earth, have his Son die on the Cross, and hopefully, return to live eternity with him. It appears as a lot of hard work for someone just to have people singing songs. He could have created a choir to do the same thing without all of the hassles.
My attempt to describe Heaven would be to compare it to home. He is our Heavenly Father. We have a bigger family. And, there is work for everyone to do. This work would be enjoyable for us.
It's like training for football. The two-a-day practices and other training exercises prepare you for the game. The workouts are tough, but the true athletes enjoy and endure the hardships to become better.
This is why a lot of Christians have problems with teaching the Gospel. They want to preach Heaven and Hell, rewards or punishments, and this is not the message. Christ's message is love.
It's the message from his Father. It's not a love of restrictions, but a love of improvement. It's a love of less suffering and more on enjoying life. Most people, Christians and non, just don't understand this.
I hope this has helped you.

funny how you think you have it all figured out yet you obviously have no idea what you are talking about.
first of all, fervently worshiping God here on earth is not how we get a ticket to heaven.
secondly, God is going to create a new and perfect earth... we won't be spending eternity in heaven... eternity will be spend on the perfect earth -
thirdly, we will also be changed to perfect bodies and we will not be bound by the current laws of physics, we quite possible could fly and visit other planets simply by teleporting.
So if you really knew what you were talking about you wouldn't be dissing heaven so much... but if you really want to deny the truth then I guess you will never know what heaven will really be like.
I hope you aren't too disappointed with hell.

like quite a few "ideals" without shred of helping info, yours isn't something yet mind's eye without info or info -- and so valueless. it is not even supportable interior the christianity mythos, on account that your bible says just about no longer something in any respect approximately what you will "do" in this imagined heaven -- nonetheless it *does* say you would be kneeling at god's throne and making a music praises for eternity. Peace.

I can tell you are just an unsaved heathen, because if you were saved you would not say these things. You have two choices, and it is either Heaven or hell, and by the way, hell is not some get together with all the other heathens for a party with the devil. It is an extreme hot (hotter than the sun) place, know as the lake of fire with burning brimstone, extreme intolerable pain of burning continuously and your worm that never dies. A place of total blackness and hate where you are tormented and your thirst never quenches, and you will remember your life and have many regrets with memories of a chance to be saved that you just threw away. You might even remember writing this and me answering you this way. This place called hell is also a very lonely place where you never have contact with anyone again. I personally would never want to spend forever like this. Heaven is a place of extreme peace, beauty, love and everlasting life with God. He created you. Why would you not want to show respect to Him? Here is a website that shows hell and alot more.

Worship is the proper response toward a God that can reduce this earth to a pile of dust if he wanted to in a second. Just as you would want to be loved by your children, so God wishes us to have that same love for him. But unfortunately pride like yours gets in the way.

man, have you got a screwed up view of spiritual reality. We worship that which is of worth - that does not change in eternity. But if you equate that with sitting on a cloud, fingering a harp forever you are sadly mistaken. We worship because we WANT to not because we have to. "Have to" is not true worship. God has all kinds of things in store for those who love Him. We get to ride on white horses back to earth and help set up a planet-wide government that will usher in true world peace for 1,000 years. Before that we get to have rewards and a huge banquet each lasting 3 1/2 years. Then on earth we get to rule and reign with Christ (want to be "President" of the United States? - here's your chance). Then in the eternities to come - maybe we can travel at the speed of thought, maybe He will let us create our own planets and solar system, talk about star trek ... how about exploring the universe without machines or technology - just think and there you are...I don't know because He doesn't say exactly. But one thing I do know is that God's ability to create is greater than mine. Whatever I can come up with in my imagination will not begin to compare to that which God has planned in reality. It will not be boring, it will not be dull and the best thing is, I won't have to be seperated from the one I love most - my God, my Savior, my Best Friend that sticks closer than a brother.

Where did this come from? As kids we kissed our parents behind and listened to their rules.. or at least we were supposed to.but our reward wasn't to keep kissing their behinds.. it was good stuff like later curfews or more phone time, or going away fro the weekend with friends....
If we listen to God's rules thus ACCEPTING Jesus as our savior and asking for forgivenss when we do wrong... that is our ticket. HE is our parent... lets listen to Him and get our rewards on Earth and Heaven

It is God's work and glory to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man. Men are that they might have joy. The whole purpose of earth life is to prepare men to receive a glory like unto the Father, to live a life just like the Father, to become like the Father and to receive a fulness of joy just as the Father does. Jesus said, to him that overcomes I will grant to sit with me in my throne even as I overcame and sat down in my Father's throne. If this is kissing God's behind, count me in!
