he wants to hang out every day, and sometimes i really need alone time. he just assumes that i am going to hang out with him for hours every day, but i have lots of other things to do. he complains when i have to go to ballet or do homeowrk, and insists on coming over to "help" me with my homework, when he just sits there and complains and says to hurry up. when i need my space, and i dont feel like cuddling or being tickled ALL THE TIME, he just pouts and then goes back to doing it five minutes later. it just annoys me and makes me snap at him. if he just gave me space for an hour, or wasnt so clingy, i wouldnt get into bad moods! how do i make him understand without soundling like a complete bi*tch face?

Be firm but still show that you dont mean to hurt him in any way. If that dosent work then get mad at him, and once you get your time alone and when your ready start the relationship up again.

Break it off, he sounds like he has the potential to become abusive in the future.
