on friday she asked if i had a girlfriend. i said no. Today, i noticed her moving her leg back and forth so that her knee would "accidentally" touch my thigh. Later she proceeded to ask if i liked the girl sitting on the other side of me i said no. Do you think she is interested? and if so how should i........make her not so into me? Thank you.

How do you get her to stop? The next time she says or does something that makes you uncomfortable nicely say: "Look - I think your a nice person, but I'm just not interested and your advances are really making me uncomfortable. " That should do it.

Yeah, I'd say there's a good chance she's into.
How to make it stop? Simple. Be a man. Tell her "Look, I'm not into, so quit." Don't be rude or mean about it, but don't beat around the bush or your message will never get across.
