I live in the Philippines and if I buy protein shake at GNC it would cost about 3x the price on the internet. So I decided to look for distributors who were selling cheaper but still more expensive than prices on the net considering the shipping costs I bet it would pretty much be the same. But what bothers me is if I can trust these people claiming to be distributors. What if they just repacked it, and put some cheap milk inside to make the weight? Does anyone know how to tell which is real protein shake?

In over 25 years I've never heard of a single company that makes fake protein supplements. some companies have been caught making products that do not meet the label claims (several grams per serving less than was stated) when analyzed in a 3rd party test lab.

all you have to do is some research on the company that makes the product before you purchase it.

The real answer is that there is no need for anyone to be putting this garbage, even if it's 100% pure, into their bodies.

By simply eating a wide variety of foods, from each of the food groups, anyone, including vegans, gets more than enough protein for their needs, and yes, that includes athletes.
