You gotta go to the beach, somewhere! Don't know your cash situation, but Rodeo Drive is a great place to just walk around. Very expensive, but you see alot of great cars and limo's just driving by.I really like Huntington Beach. Perfect beach scene area, restaurants, shops, pier, surfing. Disneyland is always fun, as is Knotts Berry Farm. Museum of tolerance, La Brea Tar Pits, Museums. Now I want to go!!! Universal Studios. So much to do! Have fun, and I hope people are nice to you!!!!

1) You should go to citywalk. Its like a mini time square in New York. You can find it in citywalkhollywood.com. Here their is restaurants, clubs, stores, and other things. Also if you go early and have money you should go to universal studios hollywood. Its right next to City Walk. So you go early to Universal Studios (them park) and after around 6pm you walk around city walk and maybe watch a movie or just hang out. Its worth it if you've never been their.

Also you can go the the promenade in Santa Monica. (Santa Monica is located is the west of Los Angeles, right next to the beach). They have stores restaurant and shows on the street. Also you can walk to the beach from the promenade and to the Santa Monica pier. Here theirs rides and video games and more.

Disneyland, Magic Mountain, Knotts,

You should eat from a restaurant called In and Out before you leave. The best burgers ever!!

And last thing is go to Venice beach. Their is restaurants stores etc and you can rent a bike and take the beach path all the way to Santa Monica. its way worth it and you will have a nice view of the coast and beach.

I hope this helps you make a good trip.

California is a lot of fun! good choice first of all but second walk of fame is a lot of fun go check out the Kodak theater too. After about 10:30 11:00 if you have kids i wouldn't recommend staying there for too much longer the whole atmosphere changes but yes beaches alot of fun check out venice it has alot of nice shops and ocean isnt that deep when u first go out it has sandbars but dips to so be carefull but then santa monica pear search it on yahoo or ask.com because i dont knoew were your staying at but it sounds like southern california to me becuase of hollywood but sixflags is ok nothing special than any other one but there are some very fun rides to go on and also go up in the mountains and look out there such as los felix i stayed there and went up in the mountains right by us alot of fun but go early or else youll be sweating and it will get very hot up there. Another is going out to eat alot of good resturants and going to universal city walk at night is very cool they have resturants stores and everything there but just have fun and dont be stressed out all the time because your in california and nothing could beat that.

Just L.A. or other places too? There is SOOOOOOOOO much to do just in L.A., never mind the whole state.

If you have a couple of hours and some space here, we can go into it.

Seriously, add some details to help us help you.

If you like the outdoors and wilderness areas try to get to the Sequoia National Forest to see the giant redwoods. It is also a very scenic drive along the coast on Highway 1.
