Plenty of places. Bangkok would probably be your best bet. There's a street called "sampheng" that i've heard if very famous for cloth. Can try that palce out.

That will be Bo Bae Textile Wholesale Market in Bangkok. Located on Krung Kasem Road near Hua Lamphong Railway Station.

there is a wholesale textile market near JJ's weekend market forget the name it's something like boo beer i also seen it at sumpang in china town
