do eyelashes grow back if you take them off?

my eyelash curler tored my eyelashes off will they grow back?

When I was a kid, I got a sty on my eyelid (a puffy infection) and my sister told me to pluck my eyelashes in that area. I did, and it looked horrible, and it did nothing to help it heal. (Aren't older sisters great?) My eyelashes did grow back, but at a slower rate than I would have wanted them to.

They will grow back over time...throw that thing away!
