more additional information on my senses. I can also smell cancer. I kept smelling this rotten disease smell for awhile and then found out my uncle had cancer. When he was cured the smell left. Another example my brother in law had an xray done on his chest it showed a black spot. They were afraid that it might be cancer. I told my sister not to worry I smelt nothing. It ended up there was a shadow on the xray slide

Fallacy of cause and effect.

1. I smelled carnations for no reason at all.
2. Someone close to me dies within 2 weeks.
3. Therefore, their death was foretold by my random smelling of the flowers.

When put into coherent format, you can see the absurdity at work. If you can't, I'll make an exact parallel.

1. I smelled fresh baked bread out of nowhere.
2. Three months later, I find a dollar on the ground.
3. Therefore, my luck in finding the dollar was caused by my spontaneous olfactory experience.

Please.

Buddhism regards the sub-conscious mind as a sixth sense input to your conscious mind which then processes the data as any other sense input.
Probably your subconscious is trying to tell your conscious mind something that it hasn't been able to work out yet.
Try to clarify in your mind what the input is that you are receiving and try to see why. Maybe things will clarify themselves.

Dark entities try to scare us. They are after all made
of angry types of energy, and fear works for them.
If you smell something stinky out of nowhere, a dark entity is about. If something smells nice, a good entity is visiting you. Whenever a breeze touches us from nowhere, a spirit just passed.
