is it ok to eat at 10 pm? and also. is it ok to work out 5 minutes after eating? what is the easiest and the least painful workout for abs, love handles and thighs?

No its not OK to eat at 10pm, not unless you go to bed at 4am. Wait at least an hour after eating to work out. Swimming and walking is great for an all body work out......goodluck!

Best to reduce love handles is obvious: Eat less. A cheap way to strengthen abs is to put your feet under the couch while lying on the floor and raise up until your face touches the couch and go back down to the count of five. Do this twenty times. Do this three times a day for three months and you will get your money's worth. Then you can reduce it to once a day for maintenance.

they say do not eat past 7 :30 pm . but i always say what if i did not eat 4 hours b4 that. however, if u eat @ 10 pm go to bed AFTER 4 hours so ur body does not store all the food when sleeping.
no do not work out 5 MINUTES after eating, digest ur food because ur body is going under alot of pressure when digesting food.
do cardio workout

Serious dieters don't eat after 6:30 PM.
You should wait 30mins after eating some people even wait 1 hr.
Well. there really is no easy solution, it's work and you have to
keep it up everyday.
What works for me is running. I use to do sit ups push ups you name it.. i did it. no one noticed anything different until i started running.
