I have been an 11 year old, so I can help you. Find out the girl's interests and start talking about them to her, maybe she'll talk to you. If that doesn't work, make her laugh so she will show you the true her. Once you make her laugh she will start talking to you and maybe something will happen.

Find out what's her favorite thing to do or talk about and whatever puts a smile on her face then she will come around. For example if she likes animals talk about animals and you and her could go to the animal shelter together she wont be shy no more!

Go buy a card and write something nice about her in it. She’ll like this.
You know if she is 11 also maybe her parents won’t let her have a boyfriend yet and maybe that’s why she is so shy. Just keep on talking to her and being a good friend you might have to put some time in on this one.

okay dont worry I'm not gonna tell you that your too young to like girls. but just be really nice to her! try asking her to hang out with you every now and then. ask her to come over sometime and hang out at your house and watch movies all day or something. but make sure its the kind of movies she would watch. but yeah just be really friendly! she should come around. just dont make a sudden move

My friend likes this girl and shes shy except to me so find someone close to her and talk to her and then she'll probally talk to the girl u like and she will notice you
