With breakfast I have a herbal tea, with lunch I have tea with milk, with dinner I have a coffee. I've heard that drinking fluid with food is bad for you (I dont know why). Is it true?

Yes. It's true it some instances. Liquids push food through your stomach more quickly, so you get hungry sooner after eating. Say you eat a large dinner, and drink after every bite. The liquid is pushing food through your stomach quicker. Sure water in excess can give you a stomach ache, but it also helps empty your stomach. So it's true. I see nothing wrong with having a warm beverage like tea in the morning, and hot cup of coffee with dinner. Warm to hot beverage help satisfy your satiety. It's bad in the case that it flushes your stomach quicker.
J.S.Y.K- Most studies recommend drinking 25-30 minutes after a meal.

No it's not true. In fact it's rather good to have something to moisten your throat while eating. I know that anorexics and bullemics (sp) will often take a bite of food then two drinks in between to curb their appetite, which obviously isn't good for you since your body needs food to survive but that's all I've ever heard

No, drinking beverages with your good is actually good. It helps aid digestion and it also helps stop you from overeating. A lot of times hunger is actually mistaken for thirst. People don't drink nearly enough fluids and they're not hydrated enough.
