iv been in love with somebody who doesnt love me, we have been sexually active with eachother but this was a year and a half ago and i never see him anymore, theres alot more to my ''sad'' story but it will take too many pages, i just wanto move on and not think about him , but my love is always on my mind.

1. The best way to get over someone is to get under someone else.
2. Remind yourself when you start thinking of him, that those thoughts aren't going to help you to be happy. Then think of something that will.
3. Think of only the negative things about him, not the positive.
4. Picture him on the toilet or picking his nose.

i am going through a pretty trying breakup myself right now, and the thing that has really helped me is keeping busy. since we broke up i have committed myself more fully to my own hobbies and passions and schoolwork. i have also start volunteering, which not only keeps me busy, but also keeps me thankful for all the good things in my life and reminds me that things could definately be worse. try and stay tough!

get addicted to world of warcraft, that game can be your new love, and you might meet a couple hundred nerds who just love the idea of a woman wearing nothing but chainmail..

it takes time. get yourself distracted and try losing him out of your life. spend more time with your friends and your family. good luck
