If you really want ot lose this in 15 days, this is what you do:
You go on a 2 week all liquid diet, and excercise (walk, run, whatever)30 minutes but no more than 1 hour a day. Sip on water constantly to fill your stomach. Absolutely no cokes, carbonated drinks, energy drinks, or anything that contains caffeine (this slows weight loss, scientifically proven). All you eat are Campbell's creamy soups and stuff like Progresso, but try not to fill up on chunks, eat only the liquid. Also for breakfast you can have stuff like grits, oatmeal every other day. You will start to do the bathroom a lot more often, both 1 and 2. Make sure you take a multivitamin while you do this. It's kind of hard to stick to but I GURANTEE you this will work!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

The one thing you should NOT do is not eat. Eating actually gives you the energy to burn calories and fat. Not eating will actually keep your weight. Another thing is that you should take the regular amount of every type of food every day. Refer to the new Food Pyramid. Don't forget to do a lot of good cardio exercises. Running is also a really good way to burn some fat. You may not lose 15 pounds in 10 weeks, but if followed daily, you can lose fat at a steady pace.

You can't lose 15 pounds in 10 days and still have your health.
Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

Weight lost quickly will most likely be regained. When you deprive yourself of calories, the starvation response sets in and your body will try to conserve fat. Your metabolism will slow down and it is not worth it in the long run. A better goal would be to try and lose 3-5 pounds in a month.
