Really sex? Is that how its done!?
Geez people! I mean BBT, CM, charting and so on. Herbs taken and so on?

I got online found out information on my cycle..
got my ovulation dates, and was pregnant after one month..
This time around is proving more difficult though, my period is irratic and it's harder to track my ovulation this time around..

Herbs? I was supposed to take herbs?
(NB: There is a 'Trying to Conceive' section on here that might've got you fewer 'duh -- sex' answers.)
I realise this might not be what you want to hear, but -- it just worked, and very quickly, too.
And I can't help thinking that not being worried about it helped. There're just too many anecdotes out there along the lines of "We tried everything for two years; it didn't work, and we finally gave up, went on vacation, got drunk, had sex in the hot tub, and...well, now we're parents."

I did not do no charting or anything like that. I let nature take it's course but the more harder i tried and worried about getting pregnant it wasn't happening but when i stopped worrying about it that is when it happened.
It took me 11 months to get pregnant. In the beginning we would have sex like everyday then my husbands job took him out of town and he was only here on the weekends and that is when i got pregnant.

I went to a RE and did shots, pills, and cannot imagine getting pregnant the old fashioned way =o)

SEX WORKED FOR US...MISSIONARY STYLE...AND I GUESS IT WAS WHEN ALL THOSE SPERMY THINGS WENT SWIMMING IS HOW I WOUND U P PREGNANT...CANT BE SURE THOUGH...MAYBE IT WAS THOSE ALIENS...NAAA....SORRY FOR THE FUNNY...
ACTUALLY I USED THE CLEARBLUE OVULATION PREDICTER KIT AND WE GOT PREGNANT ON THE FIRST TRY. GOOD LUCK.
