At times we dream about deceased relatives or friends simply because we miss them. These dreams may be disturbing but most likely are a form of wish-fulfillment or are based on memory through which we relive old experiences. Some people believe that in dreams they meet up with the deceased on the inner planes and engage in "real" interactions with them. It is normal to miss and long for the people that we loved and that have left the physical body. Therefore, it is not surprising that they will pop up in our dreams from time to time.

It is completely normal to have these types of "Wish Fulfillment" dreams when you have lost someone. People dream of seeing loved ones alive for years and even decades after they die. That's very common and normal even in the most well-adjusted of people. Having the dreams is not reason to seek medical care nor do they indicate you need medical help.
However, the fact that you report that your feelings are "horrible" and you have a desire to stop your feelings suggests you might want to seek some short-term grief counseling to help you process some of these feelings. Remember that there is no feeling that will kill you, and you don't need to "stop" your feelings. You just need to feel the feelings for the time being, and it will get better. If you try to stop them it will just come out in other ways and in later years.
Sorry that you lost your sister and neice.

You don't need medical help for just a dream. However if you are dwelling on their deaths (and I know how that is) you may want to check into some type of grief counseling. You would be surprised how much it can help you.

Yuo had a dream. The meaning of the dream is that you like your sister and neice. No medical care is needed.

You could see a psychologist to work your way through the grieving process a little easier. You will feel better with a little reassurance.
After all, people get a physical exam once a year. It wouldn't hurt to do a little "mental health maintainence"
You'll be fine.
