Now I hear the doctor doesn't have provide any results. Go to the lab. Matter of fact a DR is required BY law to funish this information. A lab will not have the auotrity to furnish any lab results as it falls back on the patients right to Privacy. Any results are between the Dr and the patient. The lab is only a go between. So I ask what is a person to do when the dr refuses to release the lab results, I pay $ 400 dollars for. It's not uncommon to mail the results. I am asking what can a patient to to file a complain aganist the D for witholding information. He sure had no problem accepting my money

You should contact your local American Medical Association and report this if he isn't giving you your results from your lab test. It should be listed in the White Pages of your local phone book here in the states.

No the stupid Dr is not sending copies of this around the world. A lab you know a lab took the blood work forwarded it the Dr. At this the Dr has the results but refuses to state what they are. I paid for the test results. The data in in my medical file not all over America. Who can I reoprt this Dr too.And from what I'm reading, he already has submitted your results
several times to others, with your written authorization. This is not so. I don't want everyone in America knowing my lab results

Go to the office personally and ask for a copy. You may have to pay a small amount for each sheet and that is legal. Record the date and time of the request. If he does not comply simply write (do not call) a complaint to the county medical society. That will get you results or tell you why you cannot get what you want.

Well, he can't send out too many cause it's costing him money
and time. He pays for a girl to copy them, he pays for the paper
and postage. It's costing him time and money to keep sending
out this info.....

Ask if you can pay for duplicating these files to forward them
again.......he probably will agree.

If the results are not for YOU it doesnt matter if you pay. Those results are only given to the patient.

Did you say "please"?

I agree... they're supposed to, but then people are supposed to obey the traffic laws and many don't. So, what is a person to do?
