i mean we dont JUST kiss.. we also cuddle and hold hands. but we dont haev sex or any form of it

At 16 I don't know if he will really appreciate cute things. Thought always counts. Doing sometimes counts more than saying. (Actions speak louder than words).

today i told him : what's up?
he was like : you wanna know what's up?
and i was like :what?
he was like : i love you :)
and i was like awww....well i thought it was cute...haha
after you kiss him just say simply "i love you" and smile . that's really sweet.
or just hug him or get his hand and carry him over closer to you. i dont know, those are just things i do. and your relationship sounds a lot like mine haha we just kiss too lol
so yeah :)
