80mg of Ativan is enough to kill a 500 pound man, let alone a 250 pound man. To give you a frame of reference, the standard dose of Ativan is 1mg, which is roughly equivalent to 10mg of Valium. So 80mg of Ativan would be like taking 800mg of Valium.
I am a bit afraid to ask why you are asking?

10mg is the max dose for a 24 hour period so if given that in one solid dose-yes it could be fatal...
please seek immediate medical attention if you are having thoughts or feelings of suicide.
in the event that the medication wasn't fatal-you could be facing a lifetime of medical problems secondary to the overdose
