my sister have puffy nipples and want to know if thats a problem..........ummmmmmmmmm and what do u think about dem?

It's not a problem. All breasts are different. Same with nipples, and vaginas. Tell her to love her body regardless of what it looks like and she'll find someone else that will do the same.
