Talk to him and get to know him to the point that you're comfrtable telling him that you like him more than a friend would.

Just strike up a conversation with him. Chances are he is feeling the same as you....and if he's not then at least you'll find out and put your mind as ease. Life's too short to procrastinate!!

first of all, do you know him. if you do, then walked him to him and start a conversation, but it would be really weird if you dont know him. so ask ur friends about the guy you like, find out what he interested in. and go from there.

When you approach him, smile, feel centered, have fresh and minty breath. Say, "I like you...a lot", wink, and then see the reaction, if it's sweet, go in for a kiss!

make sure that he likes you back before you say anything. trust me, because if he doesn't like you back, and you tell him you like him, then it could really make things awkward between the two of you.
