my friends mom is sick, actually cant speak because of stroke recently, also a diabetic patient but not yet insulin dependent.only stage 1.can walk but slowly.she wanted to petition her in canada because she's the only immediate family not yet living in canada>her father and only sister are now in canada>is there any possibility that she can take her mother too?the reason is, nobody can take care of her like the way her own family can.
