I am speaking for myself on this question,,, I don't see why the Canadian Government wouldn't accept her as her Family are all here anyway ,and the Canadian Government also get a head bounty for every Immerigrant that comes into Canada, and she will be entilted to our medical Insurance also
so I wish her all the best ,
Pss this is for the Ignorant Mister A , little do you realise that our Canada is made up of Immirgrants , because they are the only People who will work for below Minuim Wage and they are dam good workers , unlike my fellow Canadians and I don't include everyone Just a percentage of them who would rather sit on their *** at home all day and collect welfare instead of going to work , so don't come down on someone who wants the better things in life that Most Canadians take for Granted because we have a very profitable Country , Give someone else a chance to have the happiness of Freedom and choices that we grew up with .

Your friend will have to contact the authorities in the country in which she lives. There may be an special emergency case type thing that may allow papers to go through more quickly. Hardship case.
It's very difficult for loved ones not being able to help, but sadly, somethings are a way of life, everywhere.
I will say a prayer tonight, as I believe everyone concerned would fare better if they were able to be together.

Please understand, there are many people, including myself, in the United States, that are getting tired of our government (and many of it's people) ignoring it's own.
