I can with-stand freezing temperatures of -40 degrees celsius (-40 degrees Fahrienhiet) in a T-shirt for 30 minutes with no drop in core body temperature.

Is this medically possible?

Yes, if there is no wind.
Your hands and ears would get cold first because they are less thick and have less blood flow. your arms would get cold near the end of 30 mins as the blood is kept near your body core to keep it warm. If you have pants on, they would not be very cold as they act a bit as an insulator, your feet would get cold for the same reasons as your hands but much slower. Your core Temo would hardly budge in 30 minutes, but hypothermia would start increasing rapidly over the next hour.
