hiring a rental house for wedding?

hi does anyone know of sites for nsw rentals that will just rent a house or b&b with some land for a wedding?

i need somewhere near the hunter, like the newcastle area..
with enough space to maybe put up a marquee for the reception area!
i looked at domain and stayz website but cant seem to find anything..

As someone said check local records for historical sites given on rent for weddings,if not you can check to see if u can rent places like holiday homes or sites or something bigger for ur wedding.congrats and good luck on ur marriage.
