Neutrogena or Clearasil have great stuff for that. Use products with salicylic acid in them. They're the best! And do many different types of treatments. Always keep your skin clean of course. Never sleep without cleaning the skin. But do masks, astringents after cleansing. Use moisturizers with salicylic acid but not for around the eyes of course. But all over the face and neck. And read the labels to make sure the products target skin problems. And you should make great improvements! Blackheads are just blocked pores. Usually an indication that the skin wasn't cleaned properly or not often enough. Never sleep in makeup. Ever, no matter how tired you are. Be diligent, and your skin will improve! Maybe get professional facials a lot too, and face steaming! Oatmeal and clay masks are great for deep cleaning. The key word for blackheads is CLEAN! Don't keep your skin in a clogged state where the oil sits in the pores, as the result will be blackheads. And once you get them, they're hard to get rid of, but not impossible. It'll take work!

Make sure you are cleansing your skin with a good skin cleanser that is not overdrying (more foam = more detergents = more stripping and can overdry skin), toning and moisturizing 2x a day (morning and night). Use a exfoliating scrub or buff puffs extra gentle single use pads 2x per week in ( use pads place of evening cleanser), also mask with a clay or other setting mask (one that dries) 2x per week. Be gentle when exfoliating, there is no need to scrub your skin, and if buying a exfoliating scrub look for one that uses "beads" or "Microbeads" instead of broken shells, these actually cause micro tears in the skin and cause skin damage. Don't overstrip your skin or your pores will produce more oil attempting to compensate, and be sure to moisturize. This can usually clear up problematic skin quite quickly and is a routine you can stick to after your skin has cleared.

Try Biore black pore strips to stick out the blackheads effectively and use a cleanser containing 0.5% salicylic acid like Clean & Clear to prevent blackheads and pimples.

The only thing that works is Silica. Try Eidon's. It's a liquid. After taking (drinking) a capful once a day, after the 2nd day squeezing very gently they just come right out. Don't put any serums or gels or creams on your skin during that time!

Available at health food stores. Below link is for you to see what it is. I'm speaking from personal experience.

biore pore strips...they look kinda like band aids but they have this sticky stuff on 'em that sticks to the blackheads and pulls 'em out. you'll find yourself staring at the stuff on the strip cuz it's really gross but at the same time really cool
