If the ideal body measurement for women is 36-24-36, what is the ideal measurement (or whatever you would call it) for guys? Obviously guys don't have a cup size, so what is the criteria?

there are no such measurements that I have ever head of.

in bodybuilding standards there are some basic guidelines for symmetry. the calves, upper arms and neck should be the same circumference. the upper thigh should be 10" greater than the calve. and the chest/back un-flexed should be at least 15" greater in circumference than the waist

I would say 8 inches or better!!!!!!
