i think the best way is to send a teddy bear to her house with a note that asks her out.Then she will think you sweet amd most likely go out with you just for doing that!

well first of all, are you going for the simple approach or a more romantic and swt one?
if ur going for a simple approach i say that you should just ask her to go hang out and see a movie and have dinner, then by the end of the night give her a kiss and ask her there or if ur going for a more well planned out one i suppose you can find out what are some of her favorite activities and foods then you can set up a suprise picnic at a park packed with her favorite foods and then just spend the entire day with her enjoying some of her fav. activities and after u drive her home or walk her home you can ask her then =) goodluck!

just do it in person... or ask on aim or yahoo or something... leaving a note works some times but the best way to do it is just to talk to her. doesnt always work and is alot more intimidating than other methods but so far the best. and even if you get rejected then you know at least you tried.

Walk up to her, not trying to act macho but just be yourself. Look her in the eyes and tell her that you find her attractive and interesting. Based on these two observations you'd like to get to know her better over maybe dinner or drinks.

Give her a note telling her you will ask her out. Then ask her out in person. This way you get the sencerity of face to face conversation but she still has some time to think.

this iz the trick,you go and talk to her and see if ya have something in common and then u ask say 'i really like talking to u do u want to hang out so we could talk some more'.and then shes in your hands.

Something original!!! Do something special!!!!! Like if her fav thing is basketball, leave her little basketball notes, or something like that... if she likes softball, find a way to stick a note in her glove... SOMETHING ORGINAL!! If you do it off the wall original something she will remember... it will work TEN TIMES BETTER!! GOOD LUCK!

dont say please, dont beat around the bush, just confidently approach her and say "let me take you out on a date this weekend".
be nonchalant about it. approach her with the idea that a "yes" is already guaranteed.
if she says "no", dont look defeated or shocked, but remain confident... like you didnt care which way she responded. she may second guess her decisions
