Tom, all you need is patience. You're just too young yet for those six-pack abs. In only three years, however, you'll fill out and mature physically enough that you can really get serious about physical fitness. Don't lose sight of that goal - good physical conditioning will serve you well throughout life.

Well since you're already skinny, your six pack will appear fast and you won't have to worry about belly fat. I am 16, and everytime I do situps, I can feel my abs right away. My advice for you is to not drink soda, cut off on the salt (because it causes your belly to be bloated), run/walk whenever you have the chance, and drink lots of water. Most importantly, whenever you're bored or when you wake up, do situps for at least 15 minutes. This is what I do and even my 9 year old brother has a six pack because we always do sit-up challenges. It's simple and you don't need to listen to all the nonsense about going on a diet. I eat all i want, when I want and I still have abs. Again, since you're skinny your six pack will come quick. Good luck!

do as much abs excercise as possible.
bracing, ab crunch, ab twist.
Do warm up sets, like in sit ups just come up half way through instead of the whole way.
Do them to a point when you cannot do no more.
Also do a lot of excercise that involve abs for example boxing.
