It is all over the internet that the burial site for Jesus Christ and his family has been found. This will disprove a major belief of billions of Christians on the planet. They are going to do DNA testing to prove the bodies are related as described on the coffins to one another. They will never be able to prove 100% their hypothesis is a fact since we have no DNA of any living relatives to compare any of theirs to.
QUESTION: If it is suggested that Jesus was in deed buried and the resurrection was created by early Christians to protect the bones of Christ, how would this effect your view on Christ?

(From an atheist) If their faith is strong, even if there was indisputable proof found tomorrow that the bones were that of Jesus Christ, then it SHOULD not make a difference. There are several theories about exactly how the resurrection and ascension took place. Some people believe that He resurrected, and then actually PHYSICALLY ascended into Heaven, (in which case, there should be NO body left here on Earth). Some people believe that He SPIRITUALLY ascended, not necessarily PHYSICALLY ascended. (In which case, His body would have to have died again, and the remains may have been left.) Either way, if you have strong faith, you should be able to get past a glitch in the way the story was told.

A familial relation between a bunch of skeletons does not the existence of Jesus prove.
The director of the archaeological excavation that unearthed these ossuaries 27 years ago has already stated that there is no possible way to prove that these bones are Jesus or anything like that - as any self-respecting archaeologist would say. The scientific method is a lot more rigorous than just looking at a bunch of inscriptions, doing some DNA testing, reading the Bible, and then deciding that there's no other explanation.
Don't trust what you read on the internet.

I think there may have been others named Jesus because there was a man named Barjesus in the new testament. They can have all the evidence they want but Jesus the Christ is not a dead man but a living God. There are many people whom he has spoken to and did miracles for so those bones with the name Jesus only mean that some ordinary man with the same name had a family and died.

oh, please.
ANSWER: It has been "suggested" that the resurrection was a hoax from the very beginning. Hasn't changed my stand, nor my faith one bit. Why should it start now?
This is not a new story. Oh, the specifics are new, but this same old worn out story has been circulated for 2000 years.
Welcome to the bandwagon.
How would if effect my view on Christ? Christ is Christ, my Lord and my God.
I sincerely hope "they" scrutinize this very carefully and leave nothing undone. Just like with everything else, the more they try to prove the Bible wrong, the more they prove it right......

No Christian would ever believe it no matter how much evidence could be found. If they were to find writings with him that could be linked to writings of the time they would still deny it. Nothing that anyone could find would ever convince a Christian that Christ died, just like every other person that was ever crucified. The early Christians essentially stole the ressurection story from earlier religions anyway, they have been practiced in self delusion for thousands of years.

Its blasphemy to the highest degree. If this was in fact the burial tomb of Joseph and Mary, explain why they were buried there and not in their own town, like custom was during that time? Why after all these years they found this tomb, claiming it was Jesus and his family? Its a way to discredit the Bible, which even scientist have claimed to be truth. During that time there were other Marys, Josephs, Jesus', Judas, etc.

This does NOT change my belief nor will it ever. This just shows me that Satan is working overtime because he knows his time is short. Any one that believes this, is deceived. We are told in the latter days deceit will run rampant. Boy is it ever!!!

I pity those that have in fact tried to discredit GOD.

This is a hoax like anything else that they've come up with. And like you said, they have no living relatives to compare it o, so we are back to where people stand now.
I believe that Jesus is the son of God and he was resurrected and that he lives to this day. Everyone is out to prove that Christians are wrong, and I don't think they'll ever be able to do it. People will just have to wait until they die to know for sure (and hope that they made the right choice).

Jesus said "No one can take the elect out of my hand." Every real Christian has felt the power of Christ in their lives. No half baked theory or proof can change that experience.

Faith is like seeing or hearing; it's a sense whereby a Christian apprehends God, just like your eyes can see the television.

Someone who does not have faith can never convince people who have faith that they don't "see" what they see.

Jesus said people who don't have faith are exactly like being a blind person when it comes to believing in God. They just can't see Him. It is 100 percent impossible for person without faith to experience Christ. But a blind person with faith can see Christ far more clearly than someone with 20/20 vision whom is without faith.

It doesn't affect my view on Christ at all - because those bones are not Christ and they will never be able to prove that they were. JESUS IS ALIVE and there is an empty tomb - He took His bones with Him - inside a living body.

You are right that they will never be able to prove 100% their hypothesis since they don't have the DNA of Jesus. But anyhow they are claiming to have found relitives of his. Maybe Mary, her other sons and daughter. But they won't ever find Jesus. Because when he left he didn't leave behind a body. and even if they did try to prove it...it still wouldn't affect my religion.
