Even if the victim didn't file charges, why was Cheney never prosecuted? I guarantee if you shot your buddy, you'd be sitting in front of the jury? How can you defend this hypocracy?

Is there really such a thing as an "accident" when you shoot someone, or does it just apply to white house executives?

Everybody loves a dead lawyer.
They were just mad because he lived.

Just kidding but seriously Cheney has got more connections than Jimmy Hoffa had.

He didn't "get away" with anything. Your question implies that Cheney intentionally shot the guy. You apparently wish to ignore the fact that he was hunting with a half dozen other people, including armed and licensed law enforcement officers who witnessed the event. So what charge do you want filed when the cops who witnessed it say it was an accident?

Instead of talking about Cheney's accident, why not ask how Clinton did not get prosecuted for perjury? He didn't have sex with that woman. Shoving a cigar into her box is not sex? Having her spit up his load onto her blue dress - that's not sex huh?

Typical Democrat. Whining about Cheney when his own house needs to be cleaned.

He didn't shoot him...his buddy was sprayed with birdshot. Hunting accidents happen all the time. There did not appear to be any criminal intent. Not everyone who is involved in an apparent accident gets charged. No cover-up...just common sense.

The investigation determined that it was an accident. It is publicly filed. Look it up.
