Boil some orzo pasta in chicken broth and drain.
Melt 3 tbls butter and and the juice of 1 lemon, along w\ 2 tbls lemon zest, let simmer for a minute then toss with the pasta.
Salt & Pepp to taste.

Stuffed mushrooms are always a plus! And it's fairly easy to make too. I would go with sweet tea to drink...add a bit of lemon if you like. Sounds great and makes me hungry!

Angel hair pasta and alfredo sauce.
Baked potatoes
Shrimp skewers (zucchini, squash, red onions...grilled)
And oh so yummy.... shrimp and grits (cheese grits)

lemon and dill pasta
how are you cooking your shrimp is a major factor. when i cook mine i just throw them and butter and garlic into a crockpot and let them cook in there for an hour or so.
