Boil some orzo pasta in chicken broth and drain.
Melt 3 tbls butter and and the juice of 1 lemon, along w\ 2 tbls lemon zest, let simmer for a minute then toss with the pasta.
Salt & Pepp to taste.

Stuffed mushrooms are always a plus! And it's fairly easy to make too. I would go with sweet tea to drink...add a bit of lemon if you like. Sounds great and makes me hungry!

lemon and dill pasta
how are you cooking your shrimp is a major factor. when i cook mine i just throw them and butter and garlic into a crockpot and let them cook in there for an hour or so.
