Achy, dizzy, restless, can't even get out of bed. I don't get fevers alot but the other day I was sick with a cold and had 99.8 and felt horrible.

I agree with "<3" and would like to add that perhaps your normal body temperature is slightly lower than the average. Not everyone's normal temperature is 98.6 degrees, mine happens to be more around 96.2 :]
So having a lower normal temperature would make a fever of 99 degrees feel a lot more intense than if your normal temperature was a bit higher.

Medically speaking, no one should feel 'fine' with a fever.

However, people with stronger immune systems will deal with illness quite differently than people with weaker immune systems. A stronger immune system allows the body to fight pathogens faster, which will in turn speed up the healing process.
A person with a strong immune system might have the same fever you do, but will feel significantly better.

Also, your fever could be a symptom of something slightly more serious.
For example: I've known people with colds to get fevers. If you have the flu on the other hand, you will obviously feel worse.

I hope you get well soon!
