1) Because the cop knows my Cousin Louie "The Neck" Pizzitola and just bought some tweak from him and at the time of said incident, the cop was so gacked out of his brain, he didn't know what's going on.
2) Because the cop is really Rain Man.
3) Because the cab is registered to a British haberdasher..
4). The cop refused to do his job because Eddie Murphy didn't win the Oscar.
5) Because the cab was invisible.
6) The cab was being towed.
