She dindnt pull back but she dindnt kiss me back. So i backed off !! then immediately she asked "what was that ??".....

But after the kiss we were back to cuddling stuff !

I dont think you did, maybe she was just nervous? Did she say "what was that?" as in wow wasnt expecting that? or OMG What was that! As in ARGH!???
I really think she was just nervous and probably caught a bit off guard! Im sure next time she will be expecting it a bit more and will kiss you back!

No man, you didn't mess it up. Its always the men who have to take the lead. She wasn't prepared for what you did. But you didn't tell us what happened next. Did she run away from you or became angry? Answers depend on her next reaction. If she was happy and surprised, then there is no danger. But if she is angry at what you did and became cross with you afterward, then be wary of your relationship. Better luck next time!!!

most probably the girl was not prepared for that.she was not expecting that from you.few girls are not so easygoing and need to be taken into confidence first.You must have found whether she will like to be kissed or not.
In india many girls still take time to go for all that ,nervousness is another thing that leads to unexpected circumstances.
Just talk to her ,convince her , then kiss her .she must be a girl who wants to be kissed only by one who love her,
Don't feel guilty just have a word with your girl.

you didnt mess it up but may be that was not a right place to do that . may be she wanted it in a dark room without any disturbance. it would be only you & her doing something different except a kiss . and you would have a great fun with her. and ofcourse it may be a kiss on yr own bed . and u would like it to do with her . so buddy be careful & think before u do . think something special which she would like to do - f....k or s...k or hav s...x it will be a great fun OUCHHHHHHH.......................
