Can you wait till 7.30 or 8 to eat a light breakfast, like a banana or apple or yogurt? They recommend that you eat 500 calories within 2 hours of waking up in order to kickstart your body and we all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But that being said, if you're absolutely not hungry in the morning, I don't see why you should force yourself to eat. Just make sure you don't feel light-headed or starved by lunchtime.

everyone says that you must eat breakfast, but the truth of the matter is that everyone is different. and some people simply have different metabolisms.
i am almost never hungry in the morning and i rarely eat any breakfast. i am still very healthy. it just works for me. eating in the morning can sometimes upset my stomach.
if you do skip breakfast, make sure you are drinking PLENTY of water instead. hydrating yourself after a long night's sleep is what is really most important.
it also doenst hurt to have a small, healthy snack, just to get your stomach going.

Do you got an office job or a break room you can go to? Take a small container of fresh fruit or some vegetables or raisin bread or a bag of dry cereal and eat them during your morning break.

NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST!!!!! It is REALLY the most important meal of the day! Just eat something wholesome even though you are not hungry! It will set your mood for the entire day!
