There's only one of her, but I noticed both Pan and the mother (and maybe others, i'm not sure) using that form. why?

I realize that the movie takes place in spain, i want to know why they speak to Ofelia (singular) using vosotros, when (usually) it's plural.

No, no, no. Pan talks to Ofelia calling her "vos", the mother calls her "tu". About Pan, this is because she is supposed to be a princess and "vos" is the treatment used for nobles and royalty in the past: "como vos querais" ( as you wish") . "Vosotros" is different, that's the normal second person of plural.

Because thats the way it is talk in Spain, and since Pan's Labyrinth is spanish... The vosotros form is from Spain and so it's the most common form used there. This form is not comonly used in other spanish speaking countries, just as England and the US speak differently.
Vosotros is both singular and plural, there is no "vosotro". There do is the vos form, called "voseo", but this form is from Costa Rica and it isn't used anywhere else

well vosotros is mostly used in Spain, which means you or you all, refering to a group....
