You generally have to send the item back before you get your refund. File a dispute with PayPal and the funds will freeze on the seller's account (they make take money out of their checking/savings... it's happened to me before because of a dishonest customer) the funds will be unlocked and in your account once they reach a decision.

HAH!! Good luck. If you read the fine print of the Paypal agreement, you will see that they reserve the right to take your money at any time, for any reason they want to, and you basically have no recourse. I know of people who have even had PayPal dip into their checking account. NEVER use PayPal!! You are much better off accepting only checks, cashier's checks or postal money orders.

Check your paypal account and if they have sent it back to you it should show this or it will say payment pending. Dont send it back until you get the money, there are too many dishonest people on eBay.

If they refunded you it should be in your account. If not you need to wait till he refunds you
