Eat fast food everyday...burgers pizza french fries pancakes...Eat till you are stuffed...wait 15 minutes and eat some more....That'll work real quick!

You probably have a high matabolism, so eating smaller meals but more often will help. Have breakfast in the morning, something for brunch, a lunch, an afternoon snack, and a dinner. The biggest meal should be your breakfast, because it's good for you. Trying to consume 500+ extra calories per day will cause you to gain a pound every week (theoretically speaking). Keep a log of what you're eating every day so you can keep track of the calories you are consuming. And don't stock up on excessively fatty foods to gain weight, eat carbohydrate rich foods such as pasta and cereal. Fatty foods aren't necesarily healthy, and eating too much sugars is bad for your digestive system. If you want to gain some weight but maintain a healthy figure, I suggest you hit the gym and do some weight training twice or three times every week. Muscle weighs more than fat, and it complements your figure better.

If your going for the fat thing just eat alot and when your full just eat some more. Anything you can get your hands on. Also depends on how old your are too. As you get older your metabolism slows down and you will gain weight alot easier. Muscle weighs more then fat too so maybe if you just want to look bigger hit the gym 3 or 4 times a week lifting. Health stores have special bars that help you gain weight. You should also eat more protein and carbohydrates. Work out a lot, that'll help you gain weight. I've been in your situation before, and I started working out more. Most people think this will only help you lose weight, but I gained about 18 pounds in about two months from working out a lot (about two hours every day) and eating more. When you work out more, you'll need more calories and then you'll be hungrier than you normally are, and that will turn into muscle mass, which is better to have than fat. You don't have to work out as much as I did, that was very extreme and mainly because I was training for fencing, but work out as much as you can. Try to put aside at least 45 minutes a day if you can for exercise.

Have hamburgers and milk shakes every day! Eat chocolate for snacks and as much pie and ice cream as you like! But don't eat this way forever! This would just be a short time thing till you achieve your desired weight, and then stop, and go back to more healthy eating, with fruits, vegetables, etc. Oh yah, and be sure to eat a lot of pizza! And don't do any exercise till you get to your goal weight. You can get back to healthy activity after that! Good luck!

Ok to gain weight as fast as it could may not be simple and its not healthy. If you really want to gain weight fast. You can eat fried egg every day for your dinner.
In a healthy way to gain weight do this step.
Excercise every day. play sports like soccer basketball.
eat more veggie, calories and protein like eggs potato bread.
drink alot of water.

One best solution for this is to take multivitamins especially B complex. This increases your appetite which results to slower metabolism. Your body will then be able to store fats because it burns at a slower rate if you have a slower metabolism. Of course, I still recommend you to eat a balanced meal and eat rice frequently.

Beyond eating alot you can always wait until you hit your 30's or older most people I know who are naturally skinny as hell due a reverse once they get older due to their metabolism slowing down.

Drink milkshakes made with heavy whipping cream and ice cream and maltose. Be sure to eat some protein and veggies as well. Happy fat to you!

I too am skinny, and have tried all my life to gain wieght. The more I eat...the more I go to the bathroom. Go to any health food outlet and talk to them...they can help.
