ok i have my friend Brianna me and her have been budds for like ever! she has been slim almost her whole life.In the past year she has ate so much and gained about 80-90 pounds i have been always been about 5 pound more then her (i weighed 105 and im pregnant and know i weigh 122) know she weigh about 185 i know she is knot pregnant (we checked) i told her and she got mad i said sorry but know i have noticed she has been breathing hard in the last 2 weeks! how could i tell her "im really worried about you lets go and jog like old times"!

Just tell her your concerned about her health, don't mention words like "fat or overweight" express your concerns that this is affecting her health, her heart, her colesterol, and that she is taking years off her life expectancy staying unhealthy (remember, not "fat") Keep in mind that teenage girls can have very low self esteem.
Say that you would like to start a activity together, maybe dancing, or walking, or swimming...something fun that wont make her feel so bad, like going to a gym.
Keep it relaxed and not so serious, if all else fails, get her to watch The Bigest Loser. It helped motivate my good friend.
