1. too much water. max 1 and one half quarts per day.
2. diet is good. i believe that one should kinda pig out one weekend day per week (for psychological reasons and your stomach won't hold that much after all your dieting. e.g., chili and tacos or a big juicy cheese burger and fries. back in the saddle all the other days.
3. one or two days a week push exercise harder and longer. use a heart rate device to try and get up to 133 and hold it a while. get frequent checkups especially a cardiologist besides the family or GP doc.
4. you will loose a lot of weight that way. but it comes off in lumps. you get stuck for weeks. then "magically" you are down five or 10 more. if you develop the long term marathon mentality and really want it it becomes a way of life and has very high priority and becomes a proud thing, a major accomplish most of your old or former friends cannot handle. lol

That is really a small diet. Too small.....and the foods you have chosen mostly are not filling. Slimfast is a bad choice. As far as cardio goes, if you do not get your heart rate above 65 percent of its max you will not lose any fat from the cardio. That is also too much water. You will be washing the electrolites out of your system, disallowing synapses in the brain and making your muscles tired and shaky.
Other option: Do the weight watcher diet (18 to 19 points per day. points are listed on the packages of lean cuisine and smart ones and weight watchers meals.....there are meals for every time of day)
Another: Do the Southbeach diet. Eat something like two eggs in the morning (no carbs), tuna and a small salad with small amount of oil and vinegar in afternoon, chicken breast and small salad or very lean steak and small salad at night....snacks between 15 almonds per day, etc....look up their website)

That sounds pretty good. Maybe you can do more of a workout to help your results. Are you trying to tone up? I would suggest getting workout videos. I don't know where you live, but in CA there are a ton of discount stores (ROSS, MARSHALLS, TJ MAXX) and Ross for example has workout videos for $5-$10... and they are good! They also have some light workout equipment for decent prices.
A few times a week for dinner I would try to eat some sort of fish or chicken breast (no fried and no skin). And with that salad make sure you have a ton of veggies and fat free dressing.
Maybe some egg beaters, if you like eggs, would be ok if you want to switch it up.
If you don't want to get bored with your water, I would try some of that water that has flavor. Like Aquafina.. it is good and 0 cal. My friend said that putting a slice of cucumber or orange makes the water so much better. B/C it can get boring if that is all you are trying to drink.
Other than that, your plan looks good and in 2 months (if you stick with it, you will loose some weight and if you workout for a little longer, like an hour, you will be more toned).
Good luck to you.

The best way to lose weight is to eat a clean diet, meaning lay of the processed foods and high sugar foods. Jumping rope is a great way to burn calories. On average, jumping rope burns about 11 calories per minute. If you crank up the intensity of your jumps, you can burn in the neighborhood of 20 calories per minute. Doing resistance training will also raise your metabolism. Good luck

I sounds OK, but you need to get a lot of fiber to make you feel full, so instead of slimfast, maybe try cereal with high grams fiber and low grams of sugar. And do some weight training too, not just cardio.

seems very do-able if that's what you really want to do......
biggest thing to remember
your calorie intake should be what ever your weight is....or goal weight....add a zero to it...so I am 120 I need 1200 calories to maintain my ideal weight;) And your 80 oz of water is excellent;) Most cant even get 8 oz. Good luck;)

Not too sure exactly how much weight you can lose in 2 months..but this is less than what I eat every day...so if you continue eating like this, you will eventually weigh less than me (110lbs).

sound okay, but add more variety (if you're planning on eating a salad and slimfast every single day). plus you only need 2 snacks a day, not three

Slimfast is 200 calories. You will be better of eating a different piece of fruit everyday.
Add some mild weight training to your workouts. This will make your body denser (increase your metabolism).
You are off to a very great start!
