how can you make the computer automatically find all numbers on excel that is repeated the most using the mode function, for me Excel always only shows me one number ,can anyone please help me?

ok this time it was ok because there were only like what 40 data points for me to look at, but surely when the data collection gets huge, i'm taking in the thousands, there should be a better way to organize that data to find more then several modes in a data collection then listing them in order and then scanning them twice and three times.... if Microsoft did not include this in their porgram they surely must be big idiots... and i'm not just talking about the excel software....

I can see somthing that we can do to get the list of most repeated numbers, either in functions or using macro

A simple workaround solution to your problem would be to sort your data (Sort... under the Data menu). That way if, for example, the mode is 23, all the records with 23 will be together in successive rows.

Countif would be more useful in your case..
