Im a almost 17 year old girl in search of some sort of design i can use as some direction for what i should get, so any pictures of a light nice room, or any websites would be great!!!

Beyond window-shopping online, you can also go out and look. No, it's not nearly as fast, but you get a much better view. Try going to big furniture stores (Ikea, Levitz, etc) and go through their mock-up rooms.
No, they aren't always what you're looking for, but they will give you ideas. If you just look online, you often want to find the whole thing; when you look in stores, you can see how the whole thing really looks instead of seeing it in a 5-inch square picture. You can take little ideas from each place you see and make it into the look you want. This way, it's truly made "by you" instead of a computer that thinks it knows what you want...
(imagine that, telling a 16-year old girl to go the mall) =)

Well Pottery Barn has a new teen line that is pretty nice a versatile for a wide variety of styles. Also at Bed Bath & Beyond there's a Shop for College section that has some nice patterns that would work at home too.
