i am 24 years old. i am over weigth and have develop a big belly :((. i m doing brisk walk for last 10 days for about 45 mins around 2 km. Does it gonna help me?

yes ... I've been walking 4-miles a day for the last 18 months, about 45 minutes of walking, and I've lost and kept off over 40-lbs

It will defnantly help with losing the weight which will also ocme off your belly, as for toning your belly you need to d some extra stomach excercises like sit ups. Another good thing to do is when you og for you brisk walk make sure you pull your stomach muscles in nice and tight for the whole walk and that will also contribute greatly to losing it off your tummy and firming it up a bit! :)

I have a little bit of a belly too. I walk at 4mph on the treadmill two to four miles a day. But, I also do crunches. You have to do situps or something that works your abdomen muscles

You need to do bending exercises!
