I recently had some excellent tuna salad that had just a little relish in it -- it was yummy! I honestly never eat relish, but it was really good because it provided a little bit of flavor as well as moistness. I also recently had tiny diced cucumbers in lobster salad which was really good as well. It was kind of like putting celery in, but it was more mushy so the textures blended well together.

I love to eat my tuna in grilled cheese : ) I also like tuna on specialty breads (ciabatta, etc.) that are soft or have some flavor as well as plain old white bread. Ive also been known to eat it straight out of the bowl : P

Tuna is all in the preference. Just remember you want to add enough mayo to make it a little creamy.

I make mine with mayo and sometimes a pinch of yellow mustard. I also add chopped apples (adds a sweet crunch) My husband likes celery or relish in his. I sometimes eat it on club crackers or put it on toasted bread w/ cheese. (If i put it on bread i also add a little oregano and just a pinch of curry on top on tuna.)

I just add some really finely chopped celery, a little bit of pepper some dried parsley flakes and of course mayo. It tastes good on Triscuit crackers. or you can do a tuna melt on toast with melted cheddar cheese.
