You need to tell your parents what happened in case she gets sick later and they need to take her to the vet, and you need to not pick up your puppy like this anymore because even though she probably did not get hurt this time, she could get killed if she landed wrong and broke her neck the next time. If she is walking around she is probably fine.

Awww hun lol if she walked off then most likely outcome is shes OK cause she didn't get knocked out or anything so that's got to be a good sign right?? Just find her and check her head isn't bleeding and then just keep an eye on her I'm sure she will be fine.

Dogs and cats are naturally resiliant to trauma, including head trauma. I once threw a toy for my dog to fetch it, and didn't realize that I had a glass door open in his way. Well, he ran full speed for the toy and ran head first into this glass panel. He walked sideways for a few seconds, but then shook his head and has been fine every since. So...unless your puppy starts demonstrating signs of head trauma, i wouldn't be worried.

If she's not bleeding, she's probably all right. However, if she is bleeding, please take her to the nearest vet who has emergency service listed in the yellow pages.
In all probablility, she just got scared and jumped out of your arms. She's probably all right; like I said check if she's bleeding, then take care of her. (Don't give her any aspirin for a headache as dogs don't tolerate aspirin).
You might try talking to her is a soothing voice to see if she'll come to you. You may have to entice her with her favorite treat (a dog bone, chewy toy, or ball that she enjoys).

wow, check her head or observe her for awhile to see if she acts weird, if she does, she may have sever brain damage or a consuiccsion. Dont worry, it was an accident. Take her to a vet and the vet will tell you what you should do and is she damage or hurt. I hope she's okay :)

Calm down and get off the computer and go see to your puppy.
Check for bleeding or a bump. Then just watch her to see she's walking and responding as she usually does.

get your parents to take the pup to the vets (see if there's a 24 hour emergency vet in the yellowpages. If she's bleeding get a towel and wrap some ice in it and hold it on her head.

First, take a deep breath and calm yourself down. If she's not acting different than usual, don't worry too much. She's probably just fine.
Watch her and if her behavior changes, contact your vet to let them know what happened.
Puppies are pretty resiliant and can usually handle more than you think.
Talk to your parents to let them know what happened and take a look at her.
Let us know what happens.
