Where are you meeting women? If you are trying bars, the internet etc...you are looking in the wrong place.
Join your local church and attend singles activities. Volunteer at the local shelter. Take a class (something fun like hip hop or ceramics) at your local junior college.
Tell your friends you are looking and ask to be set up.
There are many honest hard working blue collar women that are looking for you if you will just go to the right places.
p.s. If you are overweight, lose some. If you don't use deoderant, start. If you tell dirty jokes, stop. If you burp and fart in public, then there is not much hope.

Women wonder the same thing hun.. LOL Make sure your over flowing with confidence and go out with your friends and meet people.. Don't be shy walk up to a woman and say hi.. If she has no interest move on to the next.. Have fun with it

Well, you said honest. That's probably strike one. I'm guessing your a 'nice guy', too. Strike two. And hard working means your not rich. We'll say that's out of bounds.

you wear a collar? maybe that's why... JKJK! maybe they see you as JUST a hard working guy. Try going to the beach or to the park every once in a while, and keep an eye out for babes.
