No, it didn't. Quite a few Messiah prophecies did not come true at all...such as the establishment of a Kingdom of Judea, the eviction of Rome, and many other things. When Jesus died, his followers decided that he would be coming back to finish the job. And they're still wasting their time waiting.

It's not that we just think he needs to come but in the bible he says he will come again, very unexpectedly. I believe though that he has to come back or the world will stay the way it is. There will always be sickness, disease, suffering, wars, natural disasters and death. The way humans are doing things on earth is totally screwed up. We have all these religions and people dying for them, the whole planet is polluted and nations are threatening to use nuclear power. Jesus is coming back to correct all these terrible things and to put an end to them. He is gonna come and purify the earth and make it a paradise again like the Garden of Eden. If he doesn't come I believe crazy people like the president of Iran will eventually cause everyone on earth to die off. I think Jesus will come back just in the nick of time to prevent the human race from being destroyed.

Because Jesus Himself said He would return.
He must still come back and claim what is His.
I am referring to His children, not the world.
Finally He will come back and take back the world and set up His Kingdom which will last for all eternity.
First the children and then the world and then His judgment upon the world. When the time of the Gentiles is fulfilled, Christ will come and take His church and His children home with Him.
Later on, He will come back to defend Israel and at that time the Bible says: All Israel will believe.
Praise The Holy Lamb Of God !!!
God Bless You....Peace.

He came the first timeto save us from our sin. He is coming the second time to gather together his children, and to wage the final battle at Armeggedon. Then we will all face the White Throne of Judgement!! If our names are not written in the Lambs Book of Life, you will be cast into the Lake of Fire. But fear not. Follow the Salvation Plan as written in Acts 2:38 and St. Mark 16:17. then you will have the power to overcome!!

Christ offered them the dominion while He walked right here in the international, so as that they could have been saved as an entire in the event that they could have nicely-known it, yet if you consider that they rejected it, Christ mentioned that He could turn the dominion over to a rustic bringing forth end result that are the gentiles. So now Jewish human beings can nonetheless be saved as persons and be in the appearance Kingdom which will take place upon Christs 2nd coming, yet Israel can't be saved as a rustic. They gave that precise up while they rejected Jesus Christ. And as for us helping Israel, sure we could desire to continuously continuously help the Jewish human beings. we could desire to undergo in strategies that they are God's chosen human beings. The bible tells us to wittiness to the Jews first and then to the Gentiles.

He's coming back for His own at the Rapture. We don't "think" He needs to come a second time, He's said He will. Personally, with the way the world is going, I won't be surprised if He comes soon. Can you imagine the thrill of seeing Jesus?

The Bible says He will return as a warrior king. He said Himself that He did not come to bring peace to the world, but to put a sword into it. He will return because good will prevail over evil. He said He did not come to abolish the law, but to fulfill it. So, He will return as the messiah of the Old Testament, a messiah more like the Jews are waiting for, His Chosen People.

Jesus came to Earth initially as Savior. When He returns, He comes as Judge, and heir to the Throne of Israel.
